October into November 2016: Manure for the Garden
First, here is UK astrologer Gregory Scott with details concerning the October 30, 2016 New Moon @7Sco44 which perfects in the US at 1:38 pm edt and it's "Black" since it is the second New Moon in the month in the UK (and wherever the last New Moon @8Lib15 fell after midnight on October 1st but in the US that lunation occurred on September 30th at 8:11 pm edt so perhaps for us the October 30th New Moon is more of a Gray Moon...?)

The Halloween 2016 Double-Water New Moon (both Sun and Moon in Scorpio) represents a lot of intense, passionate, vindictive, fearful, and possibly secretive Scorpio energies in the environment.
